- Have completed the 90-day waiting period.
- Lost your job after your 90-day waiting period.
- Have been unemployed for at least 30 days.
- Meet all policy terms and conditions.
You do not qualify if you:
- Were unemployed before your enrolment date or during the 90-day waiting period.
- Lost your job during the 90-day waiting period.
- Left your job through voluntary resignation, quitting, or retirement.
- Do not meet the terms and conditions of this policy.
